About Melzap MD 2 mg Tablet:

Each uncoated dispersible Melzap MD 2 mg tablet contains Clonazepam 2 mg.

Melzap MD 2 mg tablet is a long-acting and high-potency benzodiazepine that works by enhancing the activity of certain neurotransmitters (gamma-aminobutyric acid) in the brain, which helps to decrease the abnormal and excessive activity of the nerve cells and calms the brain.

Use of Melzap MD 2 mg Tablet:

Melzap MD 2 mg tablet contains Clonazepam that belongs to a group of medications called benzodiazepines.

• Melzap MD 2 mg tablet is used to prescribe for the treatment of various epileptic conditions such as absence seizures (petit mal), Lennox-Gastaut syndrome (petit mal variant), akinetic and myoclonic seizures.
• Additionally, Melzap MD 2 mg tablet is also prescribed for the treatment of patients with co-morbid depression and panic disorder, with or without agoraphobia.

Usage direction of Melzap MD 2 mg Tablet:

• Melzap MD 2 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Melzap MD 2 mg tablet should be dispersed before administration.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

• If allergic to this medicine, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
