About Clonotril 2 mg Tablet:

Each uncoated dispersible Clonotril 2 mg tablet contains Clonazepam 2 mg and Excipients q.s.

Clonotril 2 mg tablet is a long-acting and high-potency benzodiazepine that works by enhancing the activity of certain neurotransmitters (gamma-aminobutyric acid) in the brain, which helps to decrease the abnormal and excessive activity of the nerve cells and calms the brain.

Use of Clonotril 2 mg Tablet:

Clonotril 2 mg tablet contains clonazepam that belongs to a group of medications called benzodiazepines.

• Clonotril 2 mg tablet is prescribed for the treatment of various epileptic conditions such as absence seizures (petit mal), Lennox-Gastaut syndrome (petit mal variant), akinetic and myoclonic seizures.
• Additionally, Clonotril 2 mg tablet is also prescribed for the treatment of patients with co-morbid depression and panic disorder, with or without agoraphobia.

Usage direction of Clonotril 2 mg Tablet:

• Clonotril 2 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Clonotril 2 mg tablet should be dispersed in water before administration.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Clonotril 2 mg Tablet:

• If allergic to this medicine, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.
  

Storage condition of Clonotril 2 mg Tablet:

Store at a temperature not exceeding 30ºC and protected from moisture.
