Each uncoated bilayered Mefomin GZ 80 mg tablet contains: Metformin Hydrochloride (as sustained release) 500 mg, Gliclazide 80 mg.

Use of Mefomin GZ 80 mg Tablet:

Mefomin GZ 80 mg tablet is prescribed for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Mefomin GZ 80 mg tablet should be taken orally.

Mefomin GZ 80 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water.

Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.

Do not skip or stop the tablet without physician advice.
