About Eliwel 75 mg Tablet:

Eliwel 75 mg tablet is an antidepressant medication, used for the treatment of depression.

Each film coated Eliwel 75 mg tablet contains Amitriptyline Hydrochloride 75 mg and Excipients q.s.

Amitriptyline is a dibenzo cycloheptadiene tricyclic antidepressant. It inhibits the neuronal reuptake of serotonin (5-HT) and norepinephrine by the presynaptic neuronal membrane, hence increasing the synaptic concentration in the central nervous system and helps in improving depressive symptoms.

Use of Eliwel 75 mg Tablet:

Eliwel 75 mg tablet is prescribed for:

• The treatment of the major depressive disorder
• The management of neuropathic pain
• The prophylactic treatment of migraine and chronic tension-type headache (CTTH)

Usage direction of Eliwel 75 mg Tablet:

• Eliwel 75 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Eliwel 75 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.
