About Divalox ER 750 mg Tablet:

Divalox ER 750 mg Tablet is an antiepileptic class of medication, indicated for the treatment of epilepsy, manic episodes associated with bipolar disorder, and prophylaxis of migraine headache.

Each film-coated extended-release Divalox ER 750 mg Tablet contains Divalproex Sodium equivalent to Valproic acid 750 mg.

Divalproex Sodium is an antiepileptic class of medicines. It controls seizures or fits by stabilizing excessive electrical activity in the brain. It is thought to achieve this in two ways: by increasing the activity of a natural 'nerve-calming' agent in the brain, and by preventing electrical signals from building up in nerve cells in the brain.

Use of Divalox ER 750 mg Tablet:

Divalox ER 750 mg Tablet is prescribed for the following conditions:

• Use as Monotherapy and adjunctive therapy in the management of epilepsy (A disorder, in which nerve cell activity in the brain is disturbed, causing seizures)
• Treatment of manic episodes associated with bipolar disorder
• Prophylaxis of migraine headache

Usage Direction of Divalox ER 750 mg Tablet:

• Divalox ER 750 mg Tablet is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as prescribed by the physician.
• Divalox ER 750 mg Tablet should be swallowed whole.
• Do not break, chew or crush the tablet.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Divalox ER 750 mg Tablet:

• If hypersensitive or allergic to Divalox ER 750 mg Tablet, inform the physician immediately.
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
• The Physician should be well informed when concomitant consumption of this tablet with any other medicines or supplements.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep the medicines out of reach of children.

Storage condition of Divalox ER 750 mg Tablet:

• Store protected from moisture, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
