About Bacfen 10 mg Tablet:

Bacfen 10 mg tablet is used for the treatment of muscle stiffness.

Each uncoated Bacfen 10 mg tablet contains Baclofen 10 mg and Excipients q.s.

Baclofen, a structural analogue of neurotransmitter GABA, is a centrally acting skeletal muscle relaxant. It inhibits the transmission of both monosynaptic and polysynaptic reflexes, possibly by stimulating the GABA-B-receptors or by hyperpolarisation of the primary afferent fibre terminals resulting in muscle spasticity relief.

Use of Bacfen 10 mg Tablet:

Bacfen 10 mg tablet is a muscle relaxant and an antispasmodic medication. It is prescribed to diminish the signs and symptoms of muscle spasticity resulting from various conditions such as multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy, or other motor neuron diseases, etc.

Usage direction of Bacfen 10 mg Tablet:

• Bacfen 10 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Bacfen 10 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.
