Each film coated Ultra D3 4K tablet contains Vitamin D3 (as stabilized) 4000 IU (100 µg) & Excipients q.s.

Ultra D3 4K tablet provides effective levels of Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol), which is preferred form of Vitamin D. It is the specific form made in the human body & therefore more effective than D2 which is found in some supplements.

Cholecalciferol, also called vitamin D3, has numerous health benefits. Cholecalciferol is produced naturally by ultraviolet irradiation of the provitamin, 7- dehydrocholesterol (a precursor of vitamin D) in the skin.
