Product Information:

Supracal 2000 Tablet is a combination of calcium citrate, vitamin D3, calcium folinate, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, methylcobalamin, magnesium, and zinc advised for therapeutic use only.

Each film-coated tablet contains:

Calcium Citrate: 1250 mg, Vitamin D3: 2000 IU, Calcium Folinate: 1 mg, Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate: 20 mg, Methylcobalamin: 1500 mcg, Magnesium Hydroxide: 100 mg, Zinc Sulphate Monohydarte eq. To elemental Zinc: 4 mg, and Excipients q.s

Color: Titanium Dioxide coated mica pearlescent pigments.

Appropriate overages added.

• Supracal 2000 Tablet is intended to consume orally in a dose and direction as advised by the physician.
