Each soft veg Macfolate DHA Capsule contains Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA 40%) 200 mg, Vitamin B6 2.5 mg, Quatrefolic equivalent to Folate ((6S)-5-Methyltetrahydrofolic acid, Glucosamine Salt) 500 mcg, Vitamin D3 (Lichen) 400 IU and Vitamin B12 1.2 mcg.
