About Joyspas Drop:

Joyspas Drop is used to get relieve from infant colic, gripping pain, and flatulence. It contains simethicone, dill oil, and fennel oil, which has antipasmodic effect and enhance intestinal motility that gives relief from constipation and gas. It also helps to get relief from indigestion and tummy ache.

Composition:

Each ml contains:

Simethicone: 40 mg, Dill Oil: 0.005 ml, Fennel Oil: 0.0007 ml, Flavured palatable base: q.s.
