Instructions for Use -

Insert the foot into the foot portion & pull the stocking upward slowly.
Make sure your heel is centered on the heel opening. Then remove the wrinkles.
Pull the elastic straps as shown in the figure.
Fasten the elastic straps.
Finally, check for fit.
