About Cetjoint Forte Tablet:

Cetjoint Forte Tablet is formulated with Calcium Citrate Malate, Vitamin D3 and Folic Acid that helps to prevent calcium and vitamin D deficiency.

Composition:

Each film coated tablet contains:

Calcium Citrate Malate Equivalent to Elemental Calcium: 250 mg, Cholecalciferol Concentrate (Powder Form) Equivalent to Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3):100 IU, Folic Acid: 50 mcg, Excipients q.s.

Colour: Titanium Dioxide

Appropriate overages of vitamin added to compensate loss on storage.

Usage Direction of Cetjoint Forte Tablet:

• Cetjoint Forte Tablet is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as advised by the physician.
• Cetjoint Forte Tablet is to be swallowed whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the recommended dose.
• Before consumption, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.

Precaution & Related information of Cetjoint Forte Tablet:

• If hypersensitive or allergic to Cetjoint Forte Tablet, inform the physician immediately.
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
• The physician should be well informed when concomitant consumption of this one with any other medicines or supplements.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage Condition of Cetjoint Forte Tablet:

• Store protected from light & moisture at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
