Usage Direction:

• Zelos 1 is intended for orally in a dose & direction as advised by the health care professional.
• Wash your hands. Sterilize utensils including the feeding bowl and spoon. Boil drinking water for 5 minutes and leave it till lukewarm. Pour the exact amount of lukewarm water as per the feeding table. Consult the feeding table and add the exact number of leveled scoops for the age of the baby.
• Only use the scoop provided. Shake/ mix to dissolve water.
• Feed the baby with a bowl and spoon. Discard leftover feed.
• On opening, transfer the contents of the pack along with the pouch into a clean airtight container.
• After each use, replace the lid tightly.
• Before consumption always goes through the leaflet or label instruction that comes with the product.

Safety Information: 

• If hypersensitive or allergic to Zelos 1, inform the physician immediately.
• It contains soya and milk that may cause allergic reactions to certain conditions.
• Only prepare one feed at a time.
• Feed immediately and follow the instructions exactly.
• Do not keep unfinished feed, discard the content.
• Always hold the baby while feeding. Leaving the baby unattended may cause choking.
• Infant Milk Substitute should be used only on the advice of a health worker as to the need for its use and the proper method of its use.
• Infant Milk substitute is not the sole source of nourishment for an infant.
• The doctor should become aware of the concomitant consumption of this one with another product.

Warning/ Caution:

• Careful and hygienic preparation of infant milk substitute is most essential for health.
• Do not use fewer scoops than directed since diluted feeding will not provide adequate nutrients needed by your infant.
• Do not use more scoops than directed since concentrated feed will not provide the water needed by your infant.
• Ensure the enclosed scoop is thoroughly washed and dried before use.
• After opening use it within 3 weeks or the expiry date, whichever is earlier.
