Amalaki (Emblica officinalis) gaertn. Fr. pulp 4.691 mg, Nimbu (Citrus limon) (linn.) burm.f. Fr. juice 0.0840 mg, Seva (Apple) pyrus malus Linn. Fr. juice concentrate 0.1550 mg, Marica Piper nigrum Linn. Fr. oleoresin 0.001 mg, samudranamak (salt) 0.0175 mg, extracts of: Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) Dunal. Rt. 0.005625 mg, Tulasi Ocimum sanctum Linn. Lf. 0.005625 mg, Yasti (Glycyrrhiza glabra) Linn. Dosage Information -

• Shake the bottle well before use. 
• Take 30 ml (3 tablespoons) of Amla + 5 herbs of health juice. 
• Mix it in a glass of water. 
• Consume 1 - 2 times a day before meals or as directed by the physician.
