About Xylo P Nasal Spray/Drops:

Xylo P Nasal Spray/Drops is a mucosal decongestant, formulated with Xylometazoline Hydrochloride.

Xylometazoline is used for the temporary relief of congestion or stuffiness in the nose caused by hay fever or other allergies, colds, or sinus trouble in children.

Composition:

Xylometazoline Hydrochloride: 0.05% w/v, in an aqueous isotonic solution using purified water q.s., Benzalkonium Chloride Solution: 0.01% v/v (As Preservative), D -Panthenol added as excipient.

Use of Xylo P Nasal Spray/Drops:

Relieves mucosal decongestion in children.

Usage Direction of Xylo P Nasal Spray/Drops:

• Xylo P Nasal Spray/Drops is intended for external use only, in a dose and direction as advised.
• Direction of use: Tighten the cap on the nozzle. The spike in the cap will pierce the tip of the nozzle on the bottle. Dispense drops with gentle pressure.
• Replace the cap after every use.
• Xylo P Nasal Spray/Drop is for paediatric use only.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not exceed more than the recommended dose.
• Before usage, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.

Precaution & Related Information of Xylo P Nasal Spray/Drops:

• If hypersensitive or allergic to Xylo P Nasal Spray/Drops, inform the physician immediately.
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
• The physician should be well informed when concomitant usage of this drops with any other medicines or supplements.
• Use the solution within one month after opening the container.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage condition of Xylo P Nasal Spray/Drops:

• Store in well-closed, light-resistant container.
