About Ultra Gel Eye Drop:

Ultra Gel eye drop contains Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose 1% w/v, Stabilized Oxychloro Complex 0.005% w/v (as preservative), Sterile Aqueous Vehicle - q.s.

Use of Ultra Gel Eye Drop:

Ultra gel eye drop is prescribed to:

• Provide lubrication to eyes
• Treat aqueous-tear deficiency
• Get relief from discomfort in the eyes due to dryness

Usage Direction of Ultra Gel Eye Drop:

• As directed by physician.
• Wash your eyes before each application.
• Remove the cap and instill the drop with gentle pressure.
• You should not be skip any dose.
• Replace the cap tightly closed after use.
• Use the solution within one month after opening the container.
• You may refer package insert for further information.

Precautions & Related Information of Ultra Gel Eye Drop:

• It is for external use only. Not for Injection.
• If anyone is allergic to this eye drop should be consult with physician/ophthalmologist immediately.
• Pregnancy and Lactation : Please consult with the physician during pregnancy and lactation.
