About Supradyn Mom's Tablet:

Supradyn Mom's Tablet is a nutritional supplement for the prevention & treatment of Iron & folic Acid deficiency. It contains a combination of essential vitamins and minerals, including Ferrous Ascorbate, Folic Acid, Pyridoxine, and Cyanocobalamin. Folic acid is critical for proper neural tube development in a fetus. Iron, in the form of Ferrous Ascorbate, is necessary for producing hemoglobin and preventing iron deficiency anemia, a common condition during pregnancy. The vitamin B complex, including B6 (Pyridoxine) and B12 (Cyanocobalamin), plays a vital role in red blood cell formation and overall neurological health.

Composition

Each Film Coated Tablet Contains:

Ferrous Ascorbate Eq. to Elemental Iron: 100 mg, Folic Acid (Vit. B9): 1500 mcg, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vit. B6): 3 mg, Cyanocobalamin (Vit. B12): 15 mcg, Copper Sulphate Pentahydrate Eq. to Elemental Copper: 200 mcg, Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate Eq. to Elemental Zinc: 22.5 mg

Colours: Ponceau 4R

Appropriate overages of vitamins and minerals added to compensate for loss on storage.

Usage Direction Of Supradyn Mom's Tablet:

• Supradyn Mom's Tablet is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as advised by the physician.
• Supradyn Mom's Tablet should be swallowed whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the recommended dose.
• Before consumption, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.

• If allergic to any ingredients of Supradyn Mom's Tablet, let the physician know straight away.
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
• The physician should be well informed when concomitant consumption of this one with any other medicines or supplements.

• Keep out of reach of children.

Caution: The product may absorb moisture on exposure to humid conditions, potentially altering its appearance. Avoid cutting the strip while dispensing/usage.
