• Sunrise Chicken Curry Masala is a simple combination of ginger, garlic, onion, coriander and cumin, with the added aroma of cinnamon, green cardamom and cloves.
• We have worked hard to bring you this blend of special herbs and spices so that you don’t have to.
• A sprinkling of this and you have a delectable serving of no-worry curry.
• Apart from using this to make chicken curry, this can also be mixed with yoghurt, rubbed into meats or fish, and marinated and grilled.

Mixed spices (80%) [Chilli, Coriander, Garlic, Cumin, Ginger, Turmeric, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Clove], Dehydrated onion and Iodized salt (10%). May contain Wheat. 

Directions for Use - 

Pour the sunrise chicken curry masala into the sachet and make a paste. Marinate 500g of dressed chicken cut into pieces with 2tsp of Ginger garlic paste. 3 tablespoon curd and salt and keep aside for at least an hour. Fry 3 - 4 big-sized onions finely chopped in 4 tablespoons of oil till light brown in colour. Add the marinated chicken and the sunrise chicken curry masala paste 1 chopped Tomato and cook in medium heat. Cover the pan and cook till the oil separates from the masala. Add about 200ml of water and cook till the gravy is ready and the chicken becomes soft. Your delicious chicken curry is ready to serve.
