Product Information:

Sinomet P Nasal Drops contain Xylometazoline Hydrochloride that provides temporary relief from congestion in the nose. It also relieves allergies, common cold, hey fever,sinusitis etc. It also used for reducing swelling and congestion by narrowing the blood.

Compositions:

Xylometazoline Hydrochloride: 0.05% w/v in an aqueous isotonic solution using Purified Water.

Preservative:

Benzalkonium Chloride: 0.011% w/v

Usage Direction:

• Sinomet P Nasal Drops is intended for external use only as advised.
• Direction of use: 1. Wipe mucous away from the nose. 2. Keep the head lower than shoulders. 3. Insert dropper pipette a little way in to each nostril and apply 1-2 drops. 4. Keep the head still for a few minutes. Pull out the rubber teat slightly to facilitate administration.
• Before usage always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.
