Product Information:

Sinomet is a Xylometazoline Hydrochloride and Sorbitol-formulated decongestant nasal drops that provides soothing relief from blocked nose, due to cold, allergic rhinitis, sinusitis etc.

Composition:

Xylometazoline Hydrochloride: 0.1% w/v, Sorbitol Solution (70%) (Non-Crystallising): 2.0% w/v, Benzalkonium Chloride (as preservative): 0.01% w/v in an aqueous buffered vehicle containing Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

Usage Direction:

• Sinomet Nasal Drop is intended for external use only as advised.
• Administration: 1. Wipe mucous away from the nose. 2. Keep the head lower than shoulders. 3. Insert dropper pipette a little way in to each nostril and apply 1-2 drops. 4. Keep the head still for a few minutes. Pull out the rubber teat slightly to facilitate administration.
• Before application, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.
