Directions for Use - 

Brush twice a day & not more than three times, minimize swallowing & spit out, 
For rapid action, first, squeeze a pea-sized amount on a clean fingertip & gently rub it on the base of the sensitive teeth for 1 minute. Rub sensitive teeth a maximum of two times per day.
