Usage Direction:

• Resource Activ Vanilla Flavour Powder is intended to consume orally in a dose and direction as advised by the Healthcare professional.
• Method Of Preparation: 1. Measure 200 ml of pre-boiled water (room temperature) and pour into a clean container. 2. Take 6 leveled scoops (approx. 50 g) of Resource Activ Powder. Use only enclosed scoop. 3. Gradually add powder to the water and stir briskly until the powder has completely dissolved.
• The total feed volume would be approx. 250 ml. The reconstituted feed should be consumed immediately.
• After opening, the content should be transferred to an empty, clean, dry & airtight container.
• After opening the pouch, consume the content within 4 weeks or the use by date, whichever is earlier.
• After each use, place the container lid tightly.
• Not to exceed the recommended daily usage.
• Before consumption, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.

Contraindication:

• This product is not suitable in conditions with low protein intake recommendations (<1.0g/kg body weight/day).
