About Realfol Tablet:

Realfol Tablet is advised to treat and prevent vitamin deficiency. It is enriched with mecobalamin, l-methylfolate calcium and pyridoxal-5-phosphate that promotes health and well being. It protects the nerve cells in case of diabetic peripheral neuropathy and endothelial dysfunction or hyperhomocysteinemia in patients with lower extremity ulceration.

Composition:

Each film coated tablet contains:

Mecobalamin: 1500 mcg, L-Methylfolate Calcium: 1 mg, Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate: 0.5 mg, Excipients: q.s.

Colour: Lake of Ponceau 4R.

Appropriate overages of vitamins added to compensate loss on storage.

Usage Direction Of Realfol Tablet:

• Realfol Tablet is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as advised by the physician.
• Realfol Tablet should be swallowed whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the recommended dose.
• Before consumption, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.

Precaution & Other Related Information of Realfol Tablet:

• If allergic to any ingredients of Realfol Tablet, let the physician know straight away.
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
• The physician should be well informed when concomitant consumption of this one with with any other medicines or supplements.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage Condition Of Realfol Tablet:

• Store protect from light & moisture, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
