Directions for Use - Take 2 scoops (10 g) twice daily in 100 ml lukewarm milk. 

• Take 25 ml of lukewarm milk. 
• Add 2 scoops (10 g) of Pulmoplus powder & stir briskly until dissolved. 
• Add 75 ml milk to fill the remaining volume of the cup or add according to your taste preference. 
• Stir well. Once prepared, consume immediately for better taste. Add sugar, if desired.
