It helps to maintain body immunity, healthy body functioning and provides energy stamina for daily activities due to the presence of essential nutrients. Mecobalamin is a type of Vitamin B12 which helps the body to regulate blood and increases the production of red blood cells. A deficiency in vitamin B12 is one cause of peripheral neuropathy.
