About Hexidine Mouth Wash:

Each Hexidine Mouth Wash contains Chlorhexidine Gluconate Solution diluted to Chlorhexidine Gluconate 0.2% w/v in pleasantly flavoured aqueous base.

Use of Hexidine 500 ml Mouth Wash:

Hexidine Mouth Wash is used for:

• Treatment and prevention of gingivitis (inflamed gums), oral thrush, and denture stomatitis.
• Prevention of dental plaque formation in absence of brushing
• Promoting gum healing after dental surgery or treatment
• Management of recurrent oral ulceration
• Controlling secondary bacterial infections for aphthous ulcers
• Aids in treatment of mouth and throat infections
• Maintenance of oral hygiene

Usage direction of Hexidine Mouth Wash:

• Hexidine Mouth Wash is intended for oral use only.
• Remove foil before first use.
• For treatment and prevention, swish in the mouth for one minute.
• Do not rinse mouth, eat, and drink thereafter for 20 minutes.
• For prolonged use, take 1:1 dilution of Hexidine with plain water.
• Recommended only under professional guidance.

• Brown staining of the teeth may be reported, while using the product in some cases.
• If allergic to Hexidine 500 ml Mouth Wash, inform the physician immediately.
