Instructions for Use - 

• Start with the wider side up. 
• Slide the knee cap up the leg & ob=ver the knee. 
• Posiiton patella in patella opening. Remove wrinkles. 

Use mild detergent & cold water & air dry. Do not wash in a washing machine or place in a mechanical dryer.
