Prakash Kashmiri Alu Dum Masala has been made after culling an exhaustive database of recipes and has been tweaked to please every palate. Non-traditional flavours for Aloo Dum such as fenugreek, nutmeg & cassia leaf have been combined with base notes of coriander, cumin, onion & garlic to create our Aloo Dum Masala Powder. A strong base of familiar ingredients has been spiced up with the punch of some non-traditional ingredients to give your Aloo Dum a unique taste and flavour.

Soak Prakash Kashmiri Alu Dum Masala in water for 15 - 20 minutes. heat oil & cumin seeds & pre-soaked Prakash Alu Dum Masala & cook for 5 minutes. Add a paste of Tomato, Green chilli, Ginger & cook for 5 minutes. Add boiled or fried Potato & salt to taste. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
