About Pirox Gel:

Pirox Gel is a Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs) indicated for symptomatic relief of Low back pain, Muscular pain, Joint pain, Sprains and strains.

Each Pirox Gel contains Piroxicam 0.5 % w/w.

Piroxicam belongs to a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory class of drug. It works by blocking COX-1 and COX-2 enzymes, thereby reducing the production of prostaglandin, the compound responsible for causing pain and inflammation in the body.

Use of Pirox Gel:

Pirox Gel is prescribed for relieving pain and inflammation associated with Low back pain, Muscular pain, Joint pain, Sprains and strains.

Usage Direction of Pirox Gel:

• Pirox Gel is intended for external use only.
• Rub gel into the affected area until it disappears.
• Keep the tube tightly closed after use.
• Do not skip or stop the application without the physician’s advice.
• Do not apply more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Pirox Gel:

• If hypersensitive or allergic to Pirox Gel, inform the physician immediately.
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
• The Physician should be well informed when concomitant application of this gel with any other medicines.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage condition of Pirox Gel:

• Store in a cool place.
