About P 125 mg Drop:

P 125 mg Drop belongs to the group of mild analgesics (pain killer) and antipyretic (fever-reducing) medicine indicated to ease mild to moderate pain and reduce fever.

Each ml P 125 mg Drop contains Paracetamol 125 mg.

Paracetamol exerts analgesic and antipyretic effects by peripheral blockage of pain impulse generation and inhibition of the hypothalamic heat-regulating centre, respectively. It also exhibits weak anti-inflammatory activity by the inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis.

Use of P 125 mg Drop:

P 125 mg Drop is prescribed to ease mild to moderate pain and reduce fever. It is also used for the treatment of conditions including headache, backache, toothache, and common colds.

Usage Direction of P 125 mg Drop:

• P 125 mg Drop is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as prescribed by the physician.
• P 125 mg Drop is for paediatric use only.
• Shake well before use.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of P 125 mg Drop:

• If hypersensitive or allergic to P 125 mg Drop, inform the physician immediately.
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
• P 125 mg Drop should not be used with other Paracetamol containing products.
• The Physician should be well informed when concomitant consumption of this drop with any other medicines or supplements.
• In case of accidental overdose, medical attention is required even if symptoms of overdose are not present.
• Taking more than daily dose of Paracetamol may cause serious liver damage or allergic reactions (e.g. swelling of the face, mouth and throat, difficulty in breathing, itching or rash).
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage condition of P 125 mg Drop:

• Store at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Protect from light.
