About ORS (JNTL) Apple Flavour Ready To Drink:

ORS (JNTL) Apple Flavour Ready To Drink helps to restore fluids and electrolytes lost due to dehydration and diarrhoea. It is a ready to drink formula based on W.H.O., essential for oral rehydration in diarrhoea and various other etiologies where there is a loss of water and electrolytes.

Composition:

Each Pack (200 ml) Contains:

Sodium Chloride: 0.52 g, Potassium Chloride: 0.30 g, Sodium Citrate: 0.58 g, Dextrose Anhydrous: 2.70 g, Excipients: q.s.

200 ml of ORS supplies electrolytes in following concentrations:

Sodium: 75 mOsmol/lit, Potassium: 20 mOsmol/lit, Chloride: 65 mOsmol/lit, Citrate: 10 mOsmol/lit, Dextrose: 75 mOsmol/lit, Total Osmolarity: 245 mOsmol/lit.

• Used for oral rehydration in diarrhoea and various other etiologies where there is a loss of water and electrolytes.

Usage Direction of ORS (JNTL) Apple Flavour Ready To Drink:

• ORS (JNTL) Apple Flavour Ready To Drink is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as advised by the physician.
• The dosage must be adjusted to the patient’s fluid maintenance and replacement requirements.
• Shake well before use.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the recommended dose.
• Before consumption, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.

• If allergic to any ingredients of ORS (JNTL) Apple Flavour Ready To Drink, let the physician know straight away.
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
• The physician should be well informed when concomitant consumption of this one with any other medicines or supplements.
• ORS (JNTL) Apple Flavour Ready To Drink is not used for injection.
• Consume immediately once opened.
• Do not buy/consume, if the pack is puffed/ seal is broken.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Caution:

Individuals with depressed renal function, hypertension, diabetes, or heart disease should use under medical advice. Severe ongoing diarrhoea or critical fluid losses may need additional parenteral fluids along with ORS.

Storage Condition Of ORS (JNTL) Apple Flavour Ready To Drink:

• Store at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
