About Ors (Alkem) Orange Flavour Sachet:

Ors (Alkem) Orange Flavour Sachet is an unique formulation recommended by WHO. It helps to restore body fluids and electrolytes lost due to dehydration and various reasons. It also replacement of fluid and electrolytes loss due to diarrhoea, vomiting and other conditions where there is a loss of water and electrolytes.

Composition:

Each Sachet (21.8 g) contains:

Sodium Chloride: 2.60 g, Potassium Chloride:1.50 g, Sodium Citrate: 2.90 g, Dextrose (Anhydrous) : 13.50 g, Excipients :q.s.

Concentration in MMO/LITRE

Sodium:75.0 mmo/litre , Potassium:20.0 mmo/litre , Dextrose: 75.0 mmo/litre, Chloride: 65.0 mmo/litre, Citrate: 10.0 mmo/litre, Total Osmolarity: 245.0 mmo/litre .

• Helps to restore body fluids and electrolytes lost due to dehydration & various reasons.

Usage Direction Of Ors (Alkem) Orange Flavour Sachet:

• Ors (Alkem) Orange Flavour Sachet is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as advised by the physician.
• Dissolve entire contents of the Sachet in 1 Litre boiled and cooled drinking water.
• The prepared solution should be used within 24 hours and discard the remaining solution.
• Use only in recommended dilution.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the recommended dose.
• Before consumption, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.
