Ingredients: 

Organic Psyllium Husk (Seed Husk) (Plantago Ovata)

Directions for Use - 

Mix 5 mg (1 tablespoonful) Psyllium powder with at least 200 ml of water, juice or your favourite beverage. Stir & drink immediately. If too thick, add more liquid & stir. Drinking an additional glass of water afterwards is advisable to ensure hydration.
