About Nurite D Capsule:

Nurite D Capsule is formulated with Methylcobalamin, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Vitamin D3, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, and Folic Acid that is used for the treatment of diabetic neuropathy.

Composition:

Each soft gelatin capsule contains:

Methylcobalamin: 1500 mcg, Alpha Lipoic Acid: 100 mg, Vitamin D3: 1000 IU, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride: 3 mg, Folic Acid: 1.5 mg.

Approved Colour used in capsule shell.

Appropriate overages added to compensate for loss on storage.

Usage Direction of Nurite D Capsule:

• Nurite D Capsule is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as advised by the physician.
• Nurite D Capsule is to be taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the capsule.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the recommended dose.
• Before consumption, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.

• If hypersensitive or allergic to Nurite D Capsule, inform the physician immediately.
