How to use – 1. Wash your face before applying the bleach 2. Mix a teaspoon of the bleach cream with ¼ bleach powder 3. Mix the two for about one minute 4. Apply the mix carefully on your face and neck area 5. Leave it on for 15 minutes 6. Clean off the bleach using cotton ball & rinse with cold water
