About Movicol Orange Flavour Liquid:

Movicol Orange Flavor Liquid is a polyethylene glycol, sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate and potassium chloride concentrate oral solution, used as a laxative to treat chronic constipation and to help ease bowel movements even in individuals who have experienced constipation for a long time.

Composition:

Each 25 ml of solution contains:

Macrogol 3350 (Polyethylene Glycol): 13.125 g, Sodium Chloride: 350.7 mg, Sodium Bicarbonate: 178.5 mg, Potassium Chloride: 46.6 mg and Aq. Base q.s.

The concentration of electrolyte ions present in each 25 ml of the solution, is as follows:

Sodium 325 mmol/1 Chloride 265 mmol/l Bicarbonate : 85 mmol/1 Potassium : 27 mmol/1 Store at a temperature not exceeding 30° C. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Keep out of the reach of children.

Usage Direction of Movicol Orange Flavour Liquid:

• Movicol Orange Flavour Liquid is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as advised by the physician.
• No preparation required, drink directly. However, adequate water intake is recommended with every dose and during the course of therapy.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not exceed the maximum daily dose.
• Before consumption, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.
