About Meconerv Forte Capsule:

Meconerv Forte Capsule is formulated with Methylcobalamin, Benfotiamine, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Inositol, Alpha Lipoic Acid and Folic Acid which is used for the treatment of diabetic neuropathy in adults.

Composition:

Each capsule contains:

Methylcobalamin: 1000 mcg, Alpha Lipoic Acid (As two film-coated tablets, each containing Alpha Lipoic Acid: 100 mg): 200 mg, Benfotiamine: 100 mg, Inositol: 100 mg, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride: 3 mg, Folic Acid: 1.5 mg.

Approved Colours used in capsule shell.

Appropriate overages are added to compensate loss on storage.

Usage Direction of Meconerv Forte Capsule:

• Meconerv Forte Capsule is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as advised by the physician.
• Meconerv Forte Capsule is to be taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the capsule.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the recommended dose.
• Before consumption, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.

Precaution & Related information of Meconerv Forte Capsule:

• If hypersensitive or allergic to Meconerv Forte Capsule, inform the physician immediately.
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
• The physician should be well informed when concomitant consumption of this one with any other medicines or supplements.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage Condition of Meconerv Forte Capsule:

• Store in a dry & dark place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
