Usage Direction:

• Maxvida Chocolate Flavour is intended to consume orally as directed.
• Instruction For Use: Take 50 ml of lukewarm water or milk. Add 2 leveled scoops (30 g) of Maxvida powder and stir briskly. Add 50 ml more water/milk in the cup. More water/milk may be added as desired. Stir well once prepared and consume immediately for better taste. Otherwise cover, refrigerate and drink within 24 hours.
• Maxvida may also be used as tube feed only under strict physician’s or dietitian’s directions.
• This jar contains a sealed foil pouch. Once foil pouch has been opened, contents should be used within 3 weeks of opening or best before date whichever is earlier.
• Do not empty the powder out of the foil pouch into the jar.
• Keep the foil pouch inside the jar.
• After use, close the jar.
• Before consumption always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.
