Product Information:

Lubistar 1 % Eye Drop is a sterile ophthalmic solution, used as a tear substitute or artificial tears, for the treatment of dry eye symptoms. It is used to relieve burning, irritation, and discomfort due to dryness of the eyes

Composition:

Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose: 1.0% w/v Stabilized Oxychloro Complex (As Preservative): 0.0075% w/v, Sterile aqueous vehicle q.s.

Usage Direction:

• Lubistar 1 % Eye Drop Drops is intended for external use only, in a dose and direction as advised by the physician.
• To pierce the vial, tighten the cap.
• Before application, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.

 Safety Information:

• If allergic to any ingredients of Lubistar 1 % Eye Drop, let the physician know straight away.
• The physician should be well informed when the concomitant application of this one with another product.
• This product is not for injectional use.
• If irritation persists or increases, discontinue the use and consult the physician.
• Do not touch the nozzle tip or other dispensing tip to any surface since this may contaminate the solution.
• Use the solution within one month after opening the container.
• If the solution becomes cloudy or dark brown, it should be discarded.
• Replace the cap after every use.

Storage Condition:

• Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Protect from light. Do not freeze.
• Keep out of reach of children.
