LF 100 Powder is specially formulated for infants from birth to all later stages in child's life. This soy isolate formula contains no milk or milk product or milk derivatives. It is a soy-based, lactose-free infant formula to meet the special nutritional needs of infants suffering from lactose intolerance and diarrhoea, where lactose is carrier.

Ingredients:

Usage Direction:

• Consume LF 100 Powder orally, strictly as directed by a registered health care professional, following the recommended dose and schedule.
• Wash hands with soap and water and dry with a clean or disposable cloth.
• Sterilize utensils, bottles, teats, bowl and spoon. Make sure that the feeding equipment is completely covered with water.
• Boil drinking water for 5 minutes and allow it to cool down to lukewarm temperature.
• Pour the exact amount of lukewarm water into the feeding bottle/utensil as per the feeding table. The water should be no cooler than 70°C, so do not leave it for more than the recommended times after boiling.
• Consult feeding table and add exact number of leveled scoops for age of baby. Only use scoop provided.
• Close bottle with stopper and shake until powder is fully dissolved.
• Feed the baby with bowl and spoon. Discard leftover feed.
• Before taking the product, carefully read the leaflet or label instructions provided with the product to ensure proper understanding and usage.

• If allergic to any ingredients of LF 100 Powder, let the health care professional know straight away.
• The health care professional should be well informed when the concomitant consumption of this one with another medicines or supplements.
• Infant milk substitute should be used only on the advice of a health worker as to the need for its use and the proper method of its use.
• This pack is sold on weight basis and not volume. Some settling may occur while in transit.
• Seek precautions during pregnancy and lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Warning:

• Boiled and cooled water shall be used to prepare the product and any leftover product must be discarded to reduce the risk of infection.

Warning/Caution:

• Careful and hygienic preparation of infant food/infant milk substitute is essential for health.
• Do not use more scoops than directed, since concentrated feed will not provide the water needed by infant.
• Infant milk substitute is not the sole source of nourishment of an infant. After opening, use the contents within 3 weeks or the expiry date, whichever is earlier.
• This lactose-free infant milk substitute should only be used in case of diarrhoea due to lactose intolerance.
• This lactose-free infant milk substitute should be withdrawn if there is no improvement in symptoms of intolerance.
