• Position the pump on a horizontal surface or hang it by means of the hook.
• Open pad on the bed. Secure it with end flaps or straps. Air tubes must be at foot end of bed.
• Connect air feed tubes to the air outlet on the pad and pump, ensuring that the tubes are not kinked or twisted. Allow space for bed rails to drop freely.
• Plug the pump into a suitable electrical power source and switch on. The switch indicator should now be illuminating.
• Allow 20 minutes for pad to inflate fully.
• Cover with a sheet and tuck loosely.
• Please use the pressure adjustable knob to give maximum patient comfort.
• Before usage, Please check the package insert or label instructions that come with the product.

• If pump fails to operate, please check the fuse at the bottom of pump. If it is burnt please replace it with a new one of similar specifications.
• If fuse is working fine yet pump fails to operate, it may be defective or for any other reason please do not attempt to open the pump’s cover as there is a risk of electrical shock. Please contact the dealer for service.
• If pump fails to operate, ensure that the tubes are not kinked or twisted.
