Product Description:

Jelonet is a non-adhesive, sterilised paraffin gauze dressing ready for immediate use. It is used as a primary wound contact layer with paraffin present to reduce the adherence of the product to the surface of a granulating wound. The gauze has interlocking threads, which minimize fraying when the dressing is cut to shape.

Benefits:

Jelonet is indicated as a primary wound contact layer in the treatment of minor burns and scalds, donor and recipient graft sites, skin loss wounds, lacerations, abrasions, leg ulcers, etc.

Safety Information:

• If allergic to Jelonet Paraffin Gauze Dressing, let the physician know straight away.
• The pouch shall not be issued not the contents used if the seal is broken or if the pouch is damaged.
• Contents of the package have been sterilized by Gamma Irradiation.

Storage Condition:

• Store flat in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
• Prevent exposure to heat and sunlight. Do not resterilize unused dressings.
