How to Use - Pre-Cooking - 

Rinse the Rice thoroughly. Soak for 30 minutes. 

Open Pan: In a large cooking pot, bring water (5 cups) to rolling boil. Add the drained rice (1 cup) and cook uncovered for 6-7 minutes on medium heat. Strain excess water & serve. 

Closed Pan: Bring water (2 cups) and rice (1 cup) to boil. Cover pan with a tight lid & let it simmer for 9 - 10 minutes. Remove from heat or allow it to stand covered for 5 minutes.
