Directions for Use -

• Add one scoop (34 g) of Quista PRO to a glass containing approximately 180 ml of water & stir briskly until mixed well.
• Alternatively, pour 180 ml water into a shaker containing one scoop (34 g) of Quista PRO. Cover & shake vigorously for 20 - 25 seconds for a rich & chocolaty protein drink. To make a thicker, more calorie-rich shake, use milk instead of water. tastes best when made with chilled water.
• For those with a healthy & active lifestyle, drink Quisto PRO by mixing one heaped tablespoon (20 g) in 200 ml of milk to obtain one-third of your recommended daily requirement of protein in one serving.
• Consume twice a day before & after exercise or heavy physical activity.
