Lukol syrup is a brand of Lodhra, Ushira, Sunthi and Jambu. It is a herbal preparation used to treat infections of female reproductive organs like Leukorrhea, PID (Pelvic Inflammatory Disease), Candida vulvovaginitis, Bacterial vaginosis & Cervicitis and Leukorrhea.
Lodh Tree (Lodhra) has potent antimicrobial action against bacteria responsible for leukorrhea associated with bacterial vaginosis and PID.Black Plum (Jambu) and Vetiver (Ushira) have potent antifungal action against commonly involved fungi in leukorrhea associated with candida vulvovaginitis. Ginger (Sunthi) possesses antispasmodic property, which is helpful in relieving spasms and cramps in leukorrhea associated with chronic cervicitis and PID.
 
The antibacterial, antifungal and astringent actions of Lukol Syrup on mucous membrane of the genital system are responsible for controlling leukorrhea. The anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antispasmodic actions of Lukol Syrup provide relief from associated symptoms of leukorrhea and pelvic inflammation.
It stimulates the endometrium and enhances blood circulation around the uterus while keeping inflammation around the pelvic under control by reducing the development of bacteria in the region
Lukol Syrup also improves general health and relieves malaise and low backache.
