Tulasi (Ocimum Sanctum) Lf. - 100 mg 

Dosage & Directions For Use - 

• Take 1 cup twice daily.
• Place tea bag in a cup of freshly boiled water (approx 85 degree C.)
• Allow the tea to infuse for 2 - 3 minutes by dipping a few times.
• If desired, add sugar or honey to taste. Drink regularly.
