Usage Direction:

• Stay quiet, calm and rest for 5 minutes before blood pressure measurement.
• The cuff should be placed at the same level as the heart.
• During measurement, neither speak nor move the body and arm.
• Measuring on same arm for each measurement.
• Place the cuff around a bare arm 1-2 cm above the elbow joint.
• While seated, place palm upside in front of you on a flat surface such as a desk or table.
• The cuff should fit comfortably, yet snugly around the arm.
• Before usage, always go through the user’s manual leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.
