About Gassanol Oral Solution:

Gassanol Oral Solution promotes ulcer healing by creating a protective barrier that protects the ulcer base and injured mucosa from the destructive effects of pepsin and gastric acid. It is enriched with bismuth citrate and belladonna, which enhances mucus secretion and maintains mucosal integrity. By relaxing the smooth muscles of the gastrointestinal tract, it offers symptomatic relief from the discomfort and cramps caused by stomach diseases. With the help of antibacterial activity, it provides protection against Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori), associated with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer disease. Additionally, it alleviates acid-peptic disorders by protecting the stomach lining, preventing and eliminating H. pylori infection, and relieving smooth muscle spasms.

Composition:

Each 5 ml contains:

Bismuth Citrate Equivalent to Bismuth (Bi): 126 mg, Belladonna Dry Extract: 9 mg (Used as Belladonna thick paste), Ammonia Solution Dilute: q.s., In a palatable base containing Thymol & Menthol.

Colour: Caramel.
