About Folvite Tablet :

Each uncoated Folvite tablet contains Folic Acid IP 5 mg and Excipients q.s.

Use of Folvite Tablet :

Folvite tablet is used to prescribe for the treatment of:

• Folic acid deficiency
• Megaloblastic anaemia during pregnancy
• Anaemia’s of nutritional origins, pregnancy, infancy or childhood

Usage direction of Folvite Tablet :

• Folvite tablet should be taken orally.
• Folvite tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Folvite Tablet :

• If allergic to Folvite tablet, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Store in a cool place and protect from light.
