Instructions for Use - 

• Position the back pad properly as shown in the figure. 
• Secure the ends of the belt snugly. 
• Hold the outer straps.
• Tighten the ends by attaching the hook & loop. 

Use mild detergent & cold water & air dry. Do not wash in a washing machine or place in a mechanical dryer. Removable splints can be pulled out from the products before washing.
